Service and Contract Formation, By using our services, you are agreeing to all terms & conditions set forth.
By booking a service on our website, you are entering into a contract with the “Taxi Driver”. Reservations at "alltaxitravel" are subject to the availability of the transfer companies and appropriate vehicles.
Thanks for using our products and services (‘Services'). The Services are provided by Artha Technology Limited, located at 27 Jerome Road, Walsall, WS2 9SU, as a registered distributor and agent of The Services provided by Alltaxitravel.com. "alltaxitravel.com" acts as an intermediary agent for third parties transport service providers.
The contract (final agreement) for the provision of the transport service is between you (The Client), and the third-party service provider, from now on termed as your “Taxi Driver”.
“Taxi Driver”- Provider, Provider Partner or Third-Party Provider or an individual or organization that operates as an independent third-party and uses or interacts with the Alltaxitravel technology platform to receive marketing leads for consumers that can avail of the Taxi Driver service or product. A Taxi driver is an independent third-party who has a contractual relationship with Alltaxitravel.
In this agreement, the words "including" and "include" mean "including, but not limited to." Alltaxitravel is a technology company that makes available a platform for matchmaking "consumers" seeking travel services from and to various destinations across India with "Taxi driver" who can provide such travel services. The services are delivered by the Taxi Provider who shall perform transfer and shall provide additional services and goods onsite, and Alltaxitravel acts simply as a marketplace platform. Alltaxitravel engages in the business of the provision of the tour and travel-related services through its platform. Collectively these are referred to as Services.
Alltaxitravel engages in the business of the provision of the tour and travel-related services through its various platforms, including its website(s), communication systems like phone or SMS, customer service & call centres, and customer. We use other companies vendor management systems/local network, support ticketing systems and web and mobile applications. Collectively, these ways of enabling our services are referred to as the Alltaxitravel Platform.
An individual or organization that seeks services delivered by independent third-party Operators through the Alltaxitravel Platform. Such an individual or organization is referred to as a customer on the Alltaxitravel platform. A customer seeks services either for their own use or use by another. However, a customer may or may not be the traveller (actual user of the service).
When you use the Alltaxitravel Platform or send emails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the Alltaxitravel platform. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Using our Services
You must follow any policies made available to you within our Services. Do not misuse our Services, for example, do not interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content that you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages and other information. You may opt-out of some of those communications. Some of our Services are available on mobile devices. Do not use such Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.
We take customer and driver safety seriously. Customer's Home address, country, Taxi pickup and drop-off address, country must be a valid residential, commercial (office, hotel, shopping mall, markets etc.) or public places (railway stations, airports, bus depots or any other known landmarks). Any isolated area where driver safety may be a concern shall not be considered as a valid pickup address. The Driver reserves the right to refuse a pick up from such location which he deems to be unsafe. The customer shall be required to select a valid and acceptable pickup and drop-off point in such a case. Where customers fail to provide exact pick-up and drop-off addresses. The city centre will be considered as a default address to complete the trip, and any further travel may be charged extra at the given extra rate on the booking. This needs to be paid to the driver as per the given extra/km rate on the booking confirmation email.
We advise and encourage the customers to verify the identity of the Taxi driver before the trip begins to confirm if they are travelling with the same person as assigned by Alltaxitravel. We also urge our customers to verify the license plate of the car and confirm if they are commercial (yellow plated) and matches the details provided by Alltaxitravel.
Similarly, the driver may seek customer's identification proof to ensure that he is picking the right person(s) for the trip. Failure to provide identification will make your booking subject to cancellation at your cost. Considering the safety of both Customer and Driver in mind, we usually do not allow a Driver to drive continuously for more than 6 hours at a stretch to avoid Driver fatigue and encourage a change of Driver and if required, a vehicle from major breakpoints in the journey.
Your alltaxitravel.com Account
You may need an alltaxitravel.com Account in order to use our Services. You may create your own alltaxitravel.com Account, or your alltaxitravel.com Account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as a call centre representative at the time of the creation of a reservation by phone. If you are using an alltaxitravel.com Account assigned to you by an administrator, different or additional terms may apply, and your administrator may be able to access or disable your account.
To protect your alltaxitravel.com Account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your alltaxitravel.com account. Try not to reuse your alltaxitravel.com Account password on third-party applications. If you learn of any unauthorised use of your password or alltaxitravel.com Account, please notify us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone number published to our website.
alltaxitravel.com may suspend your account at any time that your account is suspected to be misused, found to be used for any unauthorized purpose or suspected to be in violation of alltaxitravel.com terms and conditions. alltaxitravel.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use alltaxitravel.com Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
The contents on our platform is for your information and use only. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that you understand the terms listed on your booking confirmation emails, invoices and that the use of any products, services or information made available through our platform to meet your specific requirements. This information is subject to change without prior notice.
Booking Requirements:The Service is not available for use by persons under the age of 18. You may not authorize third parties to use your Account, and you may not allow persons under the age of 18 to receive services from Third Party Providers unless they are accompanied by you. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Account to any other person or entity.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services, and you may only use the Services for lawful purposes. By use of our services, you undertake the responsibility to ensure that the service meets your needs and expectations. We provide the service ‘as-is' and do not make any commitment to the content, nature, reliability or safety of the service.
You will not in your use of the Services cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, personal or property damage, whether to the Third Party Provider or any other party.
In certain instances, alltaxitravel.com and/or partner providers may require you to provide proof of identity to access or use the services, and you agree that you may be denied access or use of the services if you refuse to provide proof of identity. No cancellation or refund shall be issued if we deny service due to refusal to provide proof of identity.
For transfers from the airport, the Taxi Driver will take the initial planned time of arrival of your flight (submitted during the booking by client) as a reference for the pick-up time of the client. The local average time to collect checked-in luggage and get through customs will be added to the initial planned time of arrival, i.e. time of arrival of the plane is not equal to the time the Client will be picked up by the Taxi Driver.
Compare your booking details with the confirmation receipt of your Taxi Driver. Eventual changes (all changes, including flight delays) or discrepancies need to be reported directly to your Taxi Driver via our system (to manage at our Website in 'My bookings' page). Any adjustments to your flight will be taken into consideration but could result in possible waiting times. We advise the Client to contact the Taxi Driver if the delay is more than 1 hour.
When making a booking via alltaxitravel, you specify all necessary details assuming full liability for their correctness and authenticity. You shall also bear risks of non-receipt of the service under this offer (and/or receipt of an improper service) related to incomplete and incorrect information provided during the booking.
Booking confirmation and payment
After processing your request, we may request to clarify some data. After receiving and clarifying data. We send the information to the Taxi driver who takes the decision to perform the transfer under the specified conditions. A booking request shall be deemed to be a booking confirmation after its acceptance by the Taxi driver.
We will confirm mostly your booking within 1-2 hours of booking using the email address provided when the booking is made. We need to wait sometimes for the car hire company to confirm that a car is available. We will tell you straight away if this happens, and temporarily block the money on your payment card. As soon as they confirm your car, we will let you know, and take the money from your card.
When you book a taxi or other product on our website, we will email you to confirm its availability within 4 hours of booking (or, if the booking is after 24 hours, at least 12 hours before your pick-up time). We will then send you a booking confirmation.
You will not have a contract until we have confirmed your booking. We will send all correspondence to the address provided when making the booking. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms shall entitle any third party to any benefit or rights pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features and we may suspend or stop some part of or an entire service altogether.
At most times, we include specific rules, terms, conditions and requirements that apply to the service that you use on our platform. You are expected to read, understand and comply with those terms. By using our services, you accept those terms and agree to comply with them.
You can stop using our Services at any time, although we would be sorry to see you go. alltaxitravel.com may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time. We believe that you own your data, and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to remove information from that Service.
Pricing for services sold on the platform may be subject to change at any time without prior notice. With respect to services sold on the platform, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items may be mispriced or unavailable for delivery at your requested time. If the correct price of an item sold on the platform is higher than our stated selling price or if the item is unavailable for any reason, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before delivering on your order or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We will waive applicable cancellation fees for such cancellations.
We offer promotions from time to time. No two promotional offers can be combined. Only 1 promotional offer can be applied to any order.
Pricing for services sold on the platform are displayed and charged in your local currency, your bank may charge you for this depending on your bank’s terms and conditions.
Availability of Services
"alltaxitravel.com" is entitled, on behalf of the Taxi Driver, to refuse any order placed by you. All information given on the websites is in good faith and is believed to be correct at the time of print. "alltaxitravel.com" will not be responsible for any other inaccuracies due to out of date information which may have not been pointed out to us by the Taxi Driver.
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we do not promise about our Services.
Other than as expressly set out in these terms or additional terms, neither alltaxitravel.com nor its Taxi driver makes any specific promises about the services. For example, we do not make any commitments about the content within the services, the specific functions of the services or their safety, reliability, availability or ability to meet your needs. We provide the services "as is".
The services made available on our platform are delivered by independent third-parties. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Taxi driver service meets your needs. alltaxitravel.com is only providing a marketplace platform for services and assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions or omissions of the third-party provider including non-adherence of the scheduled timings, behaviour of their staff, conditions inside the cab, loss of life or property, delay, breakdown or inconvenience suffered by any consumer of the service.
The liability for the provision of transfer services between you and the Taxi Driver is restricted solely to those two parties between whom the service has been contracted. "alltaxitravel.com" liabilities from this agreement shall be limited to those of a third-party broker between you and the Taxi Driver. Any liabilities resulting from the provision of the transfer service shall be the sole responsibility of the Taxi Driver and their insurance companies.
"alltaxitravel.com" and/or the Taxi Driver is not liable for damages resulting from delays, including delays caused by waiting time at the airport, including damages caused by missing any possible transfers and connections, including connecting flights, if and to the extent that "alltaxitravel.com" and/or Taxi Driver demonstrates that she or her employees took reasonable measures to prevent the damages, or if and to the extent it was not possible for "alltaxitravel.com" and/or Taxi Driver and her employees to take measures to take such measures.
In agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you accept that "alltaxitravel.com" will in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the transfer and all claims will be redirected to the Taxi Driver. "alltaxitravel.com" will, however, use all reasonable efforts to assist the user in solving any issues or complaints.
Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
We request that you use your judgement when using our services and we suggest that you do not use the service if it does not meet your expectations. Always ensure before you ride that the vehicle and driver match the identification (driver's license, driver name and vehicle license plate) that was provided. alltaxitravel.com takes appropriate measures to ensure that our suppliers and their associated drivers and cars are compliant with local laws. While we exercise due diligence on our part, it is the consumer's responsibility to match the vehicle and driver with the information provided by alltaxitravel.com before they ride. If a consumer decides to ride with a driver or in a vehicle different than was provided by alltaxitravel.com on the booking, they shall be solely responsible for the consequences.
For all purposes, we do not assume responsibility for any harm, damage or loss to your person or property that may result from such actions or inactions relating to your order on the alltaxitravel.com platform. This includes and is not limited to missed travel arrangements. Trip delays that take longer than originally estimated, consequences of road accidents or any other events that lead to unplanned or undesirable consequences including missed connections to flights, trains, missed appointments, meetings or important events or any physical damage to person or property.
We do not assume liability for any damage caused, whether incidental, charge consequential or direct. You agree that our liability, in any event, is limited to INR 10,000 or the advance payment received for your order whichever is lower.
Modification, Cancellation & Refund Policy/Transport Service
Any modifications or cancellation made to the confirmed booking will incur 5% admin charges.
Changes and Cancellations of Booking
You may cancel your booking with us any time before your scheduled date and time of pickup. This may be done using the alltaxitravel.com Website by logging with your registered credentials or by sending us email on email@example.com.
Any changes (e.g. flight delays) to the transfer details must be requested through the ‘My Booking’ section of the Website prior to the date of travel and will not take effect until checked with the Taxi Driver and confirmed to you by email.
However, you may be liable to pay cancellation charges under the following circumstances: If you cancel, up to 48 hours before the pickup time the administration cancellation charge is 5% of the price of the initial booking.
If you cancel, between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time (as mentioned in the voucher), the cancellation charge is 50% of the price of the initial booking.
If you cancel within 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time (as mentioned in the voucher), the cancellation charge is 100% of the price of the initial booking.
Changes and cancellations by "alltaxitravel.com"
We will use all reasonable effort to honour your vehicle preference, however, we may need to schedule an alternative vehicle for operational or safety reasons. If we need to change your booking to a lower category or smaller vehicle for which a lower rate is available, we will refund you the difference.
In rare instances, we may need to cancel your ride. In such circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund (which will be paid within 30 days), but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will, however, use all reasonable efforts to try and find suitable alternatives for any confirmed booking subsequently cancelled by us.
Changes and Cancellations by the Supplier
In case of a (flight) delay > 1 hour of the Customer, the Taxi Driver holds the right to cancel the booking or charge for the additional waiting time (>1 hour). In case of cancellation by the Taxi Driver, the full amount paid by the Customer will be refunded.
For arrival transfers, our drivers will wait for you upon arrival until a maximum of 90 minutes after your landing time. Upon departure, our drivers will wait by the pick-up point a maximum of 20 minutes after the published pick-up time. If you request the driver to wait beyond those 20 minutes, please note that a waiting fee might be charged directly by the Taxi Driver.
We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if the Taxi Driver needs to make a significant change to your booking or to cancel them. We will also use all reasonable efforts to find an alternative suitable Taxi Driver for you at no extra cost, but we will have no further liability to you.
However, alltaxitravel.com maintains a Zero Cancellation Policy and this Cancellation Amount shall be credited to Customer’s alltaxitravel.com account as alltaxitravel.com point (Credits), which may be redeemed in part/full with any other alltaxitravel.com Booking(s) in future. Usage of alltaxitravel.com points shall be subject to terms and conditions as laid down on our website www.alltaxitravel.com. A Customer may log in to www.alltaxitravel.com, using his login credentials to check his alltaxitravel.com points balance.
If for any reason your driver takes too long to get to you then the cancellation charge will be waived in the event of a cancellation request made at your end.
You are responsible for checking the agreed pickup time and for ensuring that the resulting arrival time at the airport departure terminal is at least 10 minutes before the check-in desk opens (not closes) and under no circumstances less than two hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
The Driver will pick you up and set you down as close as possible to the given addresses. In the event that access via a conventional route is closed due to weather conditions, road accidents etc., the driver will, at your express request, use a longer route to reach the agreed destination, but in such instances, you may be liable for any additional costs.
Whilst we endeavour to provide SMS confirmation messages, this service is dependent upon telephone networks that are beyond our control. If a text message is lost or delayed the Customer shall refer to the information provided by email or in the ‘Your Bookings’ section of our Website.
If there is a No-Show from your end, i.e. you are not at the pickup location and/or your assigned Driver is unable to get in touch with you on your registered phone number on the scheduled pickup date and time, the Driver shall wait for a reasonable period of half an hour from the scheduled Booking time and thereafter may treat the Booking as cancelled with no refund.
The onus shall be on the Customer to inform alltaxitravel.com at least 48 hours before the time of departure, for any delays or rescheduling of departure time and seek confirmation from alltaxitravel.com about the availability of the car at such rescheduled time.
The route to or from the destination cannot be guaranteed and the Google map displayed on our website is solely for informational purposes. Whilst reasonable effort is made to ensure that pickup times are respected, they are not guaranteed. Unused transfers are not refundable and alternative transport costs will not be reimbursed unless pre-authorised by a Customer Service Center member of our team. If authorised to take alternative transport, please ensure that you obtain a receipt and submit it to our Customer Service Center for review. No payment will be due for travel expense claims submitted without valid receipts or email confirmation.
Any cancellation of the contract must be made via the website, and in writing by email addressed to our firstname.lastname@example.org . In the event of cancellation of your booking, we shall be issuing a refund of the entire amount paid to us in advance for the given booking as per above-given cancellation policy.
To request a refund, simply contact us with your booking details within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Please include your Booking ID (sent to you via SMS and email after booking). Optionally, please tell us why you're requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our offering and quality of service.
Refunds are usually processed within 30 days from the date of request and are limited to the amount paid to us in advance for the given booking. Refunds are subject to Cancellation charges, if applicable (for details please refer to our Cancellation Policy above).
Each country has different rules and regulations regarding the use of baby and child seats. Child/ baby seats will be provided if the request is made at the time of booking whenever possible, however, there may be instances when such seats are unable to be provided. In such instances, you will be entitled to a full refund for seats not supplied. If you are unwilling to travel in the event that child/baby seats are not supplied, please provide your own.
Our prices provided includes 2 small bags per vehicle, bags capacity for each vehicle to carry is provided for each vehicle at the time of booking and selection of vehicle type.Small bags: 22 in x 19 in x 9 in (56 cm x 35 cm x 22 cm) max.height, length, and width which may also be listed as height, width, depth and not necessarily in that order. Large bags: 27.5 in x 19.5 in x 15 in 70 cm x 50 cm x 38 cm, height, length, and width which may also be listed as height, width, depth and not necessarily in that order.
All luggage must be declared when the booking is being made. Smaller items that fit in the passenger footwell (e.g. a laptop case, handbag or small shoulder bag) do not need to be declared. The passenger shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess luggage. Extra luggage as well as bulky items could be charged.

All contact related to the amendment of your booking details must be requested through the ‘My Bookings’ section ( available on our site). It is essential to check that the email address you provided is correct and that you read all incoming emails up to the time of your Transfer.
In the event of unavoidable alterations to the contract, we will inform you by emailing the address provided by you at the moment of booking, the act of sending this email is considered as proof of receipt by you. The same system applies to all other advisory emails which we may send to you.
If for any other reason you fail to be at the pickup point within a reasonable time after the scheduled collection time specified on your Voucher, the Driver will try to contact you on the mobile telephone number you have provided for destination country/location.
If it is not possible to reach you because you have not provided an operational mobile telephone number at the time of booking, you have no or poor connection, no signal, activated voicemail or the call is unanswered, the service will not be provided, the Taxi Driver is relieved of their obligations and a refund will not be due.
“alltaxitravel.com” offers only Full payment during the online reservation process
"alltaxitravel.com" and your driver cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellation of service due to Force Majeure, or to other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the driver's control.
About these Terms
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We'll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We'll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retrospectively and will become effective the day after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for Service, you should discontinue your use of our Service.
If there is any inconsistency between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. These terms govern the relationship between alltaxitravel.com and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these terms and we do not take action immediately, this doesn't mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future). If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
The laws of India will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be referred to an arbitrator appointed by alltaxitravel.com, failing him to any other arbitrator chosen by alltaxitravel.com and you in writing. The decision of such arbitrator shall be binding on both parties.
Our Customer Service help desk in English, Hindi and email assistance in the English language is available during office hours. We will try to offer you assistance in the language mentioned to make your booking whenever possible. Whilst we pay great attention to the quality of the translation of our websites and terms & conditions, in the event of any discrepancy the English version shall prevail.
Copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights of the websites are protected by national and international regulations governing intellectual property. Images of the transport options shown during the booking are indicative only. Color, brand or model may differ from the pictures shown.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law, as the contract is between the customer and the Taxi driver from India. Any disputes that arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled through the competent court in England and Wales. The present contract concluded under the present offer shall come into force after its conclusion and shall stay in force until the Parties fulfil the undertaken obligations in full. The place of the contract under this offer shall be England and Wales (the United Kingdom).
